VELO RENTALS

Vehicle Rental Agreement

1. PAYMENT

Renter agrees to pay the full rental amount prior to receiving the vehicle.

2. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A valid card must be kept on file. VELO LLC reserves the right to charge this card for any damages, late fees, violations, or additional charges.

3. VEHICLE USE

Renter agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly and obey all traffic laws. No reckless driving, racing, or illegal activity is permitted.

4. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Renter is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault.

5. LATE RETURNS

A late fee of $50 per hour will be charged after the agreed return time.

6. SMOKING / CLEANING

Smoking is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $150–$250 will be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or with smoke odor.

7. MILEAGE

Mileage limit: 200 miles per day. Additional miles will be charged at $.75 per mile.

8. ACCIDENTS

Renter must immediately report any accident. Failure to report may result in additional charges.

9. PROHIBITED USE

No unauthorized drivers. No out-of-state travel without approval. No commercial use (Uber, etc.) unless approved.

10. AUTHORIZATION

By signing, renter authorizes VELO LLC to charge the card on file for any violations of this agreement.
